JoBurg

Well we finally arrived in JoBurg after a long day of sitting on the bus. Some interesting facts we learned from our local guide.
Soweto translates to South West Township. There are 3.5 million people with only 60 being white. 9 different tribes live here and electricity came to the whole area in 1985.
Mandela and Tutu both lived in the area. The family home of Mandela is being turned into a museum. Do you know what BMW stands for in Soweto? Black Man's Wheels.
In Sandton were we stayed there were some interesting art pieces during the day turn into illuminated art at night, can you tell what Fausto and Steve are doing?
