Comic Con 2009

Have you heard of Comic Con? I've been hearing about it for years but had never been so this year Toni, Kristi, Jeff and I walked down to see what all the talk is about. We weren't going to be able to get inside as it sells out quickly but we were able to see the swarms and I mean swarms of people exiting it one evening. As we stood near the corner on 5th across the railroad tracks from the San Diego Convention Center we watched as literally thousands of people, some dressed as characters, came pouring out. Very interesting....what makes a person put on the make up and clothing just to walk thru a convention hall?
